Minicom 2.1 released.

This is merely a bug-fix release incorporating accumulated patches and
fixing build problems. No substantial changes have been made.

With the release of version 2.1, minicom has a new home:

   http://minicom.alioth.debian.org/

Find all info about downloads, lists, bug tracking, CVS etc. there.
