BTW -- ITK 4.5.0 backport builds nicely for wheezy (and some other older
ubuntus) after backporting double-conversion, the only problems are some
failing tests:

neurodebian at head2:~/deb/builds/insighttoolkit4/4.5.0-3$ grep '^[0-9/]* *Test.*Failed' *build
insighttoolkit4_4.5.0-3~nd12.04+1_i386.build:592/2444 Test #592: itkPhysicsBasedNonRigidRegistrationMethodTest .................................***Failed 14.99 sec
insighttoolkit4_4.5.0-3~nd70+1_i386.build:2157/2444 Test #2157: itkOtsuThresholdImageFilterTestShort ..........................................***Failed 0.18 sec

if we deal with itkOtsuThresholdImageFilterTestShort -- we could provide
backport of ANTs for wheezy I guess
