I don't remember exactly but I think it was CeCill B because I was using 
QT4 and at the time I started OE QT4 was GPL.

Here OE depencies :

        * Python 2.6
        * Qt4
        * Python Qt4
        * Python MySQLdb
        * Python SQLite
        * Python sqlalchemy
        * Python sqlalchemy-migrate
        * Python numpy
        * Python scipy
        * Python matplotlib
        * Modular toolkit for Data Processing (MDP)


If all dependencies are BSD/MIT I could change OE to CeCill C. I don't 
think that someone in CNRS will take in account that. So I won't get int 
trouble for that.
