Dear Meng,<br>
<br>
I encountered a similar problem under a virtual machine before. I
think this error occurs due to some problems with access to the
shared folders. For me it worked after copying the nifti-files to a
local folder inside the virtual machine.<br>
However, maybe somebody who is more familiar with the VM-environment
might provide some solution which allows running the analyses with
files still located in a shared folder.<br>
<br>
Best,<br>

<div dir="ltr">Dear experts,
<div><br>

<div>I just installed the latest version of Neurodebian on a
Windows7 PC (64bit) (on virtual box) and the FSL5.0-complete
on it. The installation process went well without any error
message. However, when I try to use Feat, I got two problems:</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>1. After FSL5.0 (complete version) installation, it appears
under 'Application Menu->Education'. If I launch FSL5.0
from here, I can specify my Feat model without a problem using
Feat GUI (I also saved it as 'design.fsf'). But I noticed that
the host folder appears as '/media/sf_host/' instead of
'/mnt/host'. After clicking Go, a 'S01.feat' folder was
created and there is a file called 'feat1' under folder
'S01.feat/logs'. The message in this file is the following:</div>
<div>========</div>
<div>/bin/cp /tmp/feat_AstyoC.fsf design.fsf</div>

<div>FATAL ERROR ENCOUNTERED </div>

<div>2. If I launch Feat GUI by typing 'Feat' in a terminal
after cd to the folder '/mnt/host/S01', I can successfully
select the 4D file. However, when I try to specify the output
directory after clicking the browse button, I got the
following error message:</div>
