<p class="MsoNormal">I am wondering if anyone uses “dcm2nii” with NeuroDebian and could help.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I am running NeuroDebian 8.0 with VirtualBox 4.3 on a Win8 host.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">My problem is that “dcm2nii” works with its graphical version (“dcm2niigui”) but not with its command version.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When the command version being executed, I got the following error message:<o:p></o:p></p>
