[Nut-packaging] Nut for Centos 5.0

Apparently, this package was built with SNMP support. In that case, you
probably need to install the 'net-snmp-libs' package.

Since you don't need SNMP support, alternatively you might build NUT
without SNMP. This can be done by adding '--without-snmp' to the
configuration command line.
