[Nut-upsuser] Tripp Lite Internet Office 350VA

Could it be that this is really a HID device, and the driver simply
hasn't implemented all the features? If this is the case, it might be
worthwhile getting the Development NUT version and running

drivers/newhidups -u root -DD -x generic auto

just to see the debugging output. Samuel, could you do this?
