[Nut-upsuser] Way to override battery.charge.low?

	And the UPS Selector says that with a 60W load it should 
run 90 minutes. For me it claimed to be at 0 in 30 minutes. It wasn't
until another *107* minutes later the UPS actually just shut off on me.
I find that a serious difference in what it claimed and would have shut
a machine down in, and what it actually did. It also wasn't like I 
was using a variable load, it is a 60W lightbulb.

	Someone else suggested "offdelay" in the ups.conf, and there
also seems to be"lowbatt"... Wouldn't that be a way to solve the 2
software based issues I am seeming to have? It seems I'm having much
more serious hardware issues.
