[Nut-upsuser] queequeg: hello, three-phase monitoring.

hi everyone,

im monitoring a dozen Chloride Linear MKII ups's.
everything seems to work fine, even thou they are
not listed in the "UPS hardware compatibility list (stable)"

i have run into a problem, i have a three-phase output
coming out of 'em. and NUT seems to monitor only the
first of the three-phases.

is there a way to get the load on each of the phases
or a 'useful' average of the 3?

im using the snmp-ups driver with ietf mibs.
