[Nut-upsuser] mge galaxy 6000 three-phase supported or not?

>From looking at the mgemib part of the snmp-ups it doesn't read the data
of all 3 phases (yet). Though this should be fairly easy to add. If the 
mge snmp adapter supports queries using the ietf mib that is another way
to get that data. though ietfmib.h in the current version (and svn) is
broken. (Arjen can you add the patch i sent you a while ago? ietfmib.h
uses the wrong OID for the query)
And all snmp-ups driven upsen don't support shutdowns properly (yet).
I'm currently looking at that part for powerware upsen (using ietfmib
and pwmib).
