What happens with the 2.6.0 driver:

The device id keeps incrementing, and thus running the driver has two
different results:

First result (device present):
root at www:/etc/nut# /lib/nut/usbhid-ups -a rack1ups
Network UPS Tools - Generic HID driver 0.35 (2.6.0)
USB communication driver 0.31
interrupt pipe disabled (add 'pollonly' flag to 'ups.conf' to get rid of
this message)
Using subdriver: APC HID 0.95
libusb_get_report: error sending control message: Invalid or incomplete
multibyte or wide character

When it's between increments of deviceid:
root at www:/etc/nut# /lib/nut/usbhid-ups -a rack1ups
Network UPS Tools - Generic HID driver 0.35 (2.6.0)
USB communication driver 0.31
No matching HID UPS found

My rack1ups config in ups.conf:
[rack1ups]
  driver = usbhid-ups
  port = auto
  vendorid=051d
  productid=0003
  desc = "Rack 1 UPS"

Thanks for looking into this. I'm leaving work, so I won't be able to
gather any new info for you until next week.

Thanks!

Zach
