[Nut-upsuser] network-ups-tools won't shutdown my PC

Hello 3rik,

I believe that the problem is in your upsmon.conf, quoting:

HOSTSYNC 15 SHUTDOWNCMD "usr/bin/systemctl poweroff"

The command lacks the root "/" before usr...
