[Nut-upsuser] NUT 2.7.2.3 on CentOS 7.2 doesn't cut power to the host after shutdown

Hopefully a CentOS expert can chime in, but this sounds similar to an Ubuntu bug that was discussed earlier:

Either way, it sounds like it would be worth filing a CentOS bug, since it sounds like the plumbing is broken or missing between the system shutdown event and the UPS shutdown call.
