[Openstack-devel] Some flags in nova.conf dont change default values

Hello

I want to change some default values for nova components. Some of them
works fine but not all. For example glance_api_servers=10.1.0.1:9292
does not work (configured in nova.conf). After restarting nova-api it
still tries to connect to localhost:9292. I had also problems with
flag osapi_listen_port.
