[PKG-Openstack-devel] A word about bashate currently in NEW

Dear FTP masters,

After a lot of people complained about the "bash8" name after I filed
the ITP, I discussed with upstream, and they renamed it "bashate". I
have just uploaded the renamed package.

Once bashate will be approved, I'll ask for the removal of bash8.
