As much as I can tell, the package works well. I've tested its
installation multiple times already, though I haven't uploaded it yet,
as I wanted to continue working on OpenStack Fuel before declaring it to
completely work. However, since you are asking about it, well... I've
just uploaded it! :)

Please use it, test it, etc.

If you need a test package, it's available for wheezy at:
http://juno-wheezy.pkgs.mirantis.com/debian/pool/wheezy-juno-backports/main/c/cobbler/

and for Jessie at:
http://kilo-jessie.pkgs.mirantis.com/debian/pool/jessie-kilo-backports/main/c/cobbler/
