Yeah... claims... That's the word.

By hart, because I'm trying to fix the issue:
- python-oslo.versionedobject dpeends on python-oslo.messaging
- python-oslo.messaging depends on python-qpid
- python-qpid is the stupid one which doesn't have Python 3 support yet 
(but there's a porting effort for it...), and which some RedHat folks 
insist on keeping.

Get qpid and saml2 to understand Python 3, and a huge amount of package 
that I maintain can suddenly get Python 3 support! :)
