[PKG-Openstack-devel] Using the pkg openstack group to maintain python-eventlet

Hi Laszlo,

Looking into the reverse dependencies of python-eventlet, it looks like
only OpenStack needs it. In fact, it is a key component of OpenStack,
which needs a lot of maintenance. FYI, I'm currently uploading version
0.17.4 which has some much needed bugfixes.

Currently, the package is under the DPMT, but I would like to move it to
the PKG OpenStack group. One of the main reason is that I would like to
switch it to using Git packaging using tag based workflow, which isn't
currently possible using SVN and DPMT.

If you wish to continue to be co-maintainer, I warmly welcome you to
join the OpenStack packaging group in Alioth. Please let me know.
