I hadn't seen that one because my incompetent ISP's mail server
dropped acid that week and had a bad trip.  We would need to see the
logs to have any idea what went wrong though.  Also you might just try
it again after cleaning up your loop devices.  A number of the tests
seem to have a habit of leaking their loop device and when the first 4
are used up, subsequent tests fail.
