Steps to reproduce the bug.

- have a 250 gb hard disk with following partitions:

3 gb, 247 gb, 0.5 gb

- resize to:
3 gb, 215 gb, free space, 0.5 gb

- fsck -f partition 2, everything is OK

- resize to:
3 gb, 230 gb, free space, 0.5 gb
