[Pbuilder-maint] Stable backports of pbuilder

Hi,

One of the things I'd like to be done with pbuilder is to provide 
stable backports of pbuilder, and provide it in a sane location
so that people can use.

I've read from a mail that cdebootstrap backport is actually in 
stable-proposed-updates; but since it might or might not be feasible
always, I'd like to propose providing a documented place in alioth 
where people can get at it.

Thoughts?
