  this is not RC. I'm even not sure it is a bug. If you use sudo as a
ROOTCMD, then, well, basically you're root. and if a program refuse to
build when you're root because upstream feels it's too dangerous, it
just fails. and I really don't see what's wrong with it, it's the
intended behaviour.
