An example would be the recipe for "multiple pbuilders" at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PbuilderHowto#head-1be378ab60d3bab23eefabce49cf7df927d46f81
I'm used to calling "DIST=feisty pdebuild" to create a package in a feisty
pbuilder.
The problem with PBUILDERROOTCMD="sudo" is, that $DIST makes it not into
the "sudo" session anymore, when "sudo -E pbuilder --build" is called:
therefore .pbuilderrc cannot dynamically change the settings based on $DIST
and the default settings get used.
I'm unsure, if "sudo -E" will work for all users by default in Debian, based
on the changelog entry for sudo 1.6.9p6-1ubuntu1, which says:
* sudo.c, parse.c: Apply a change that was missing from the older upstream
tarball that fixes the upstream solution of "SETENV is implicit for ALL".
We do not want to deviate our orig.tar.gz from Debian's, though.
