[Pbuilder-maint] Bug#423598: On failed compilation donwloaded debs aren't moved to cache

Hi,
I'm trying to build a package using pdebuild. If compilation error happens
all downloaded debs are not copied into ${APTCACHE}. After fixing the bug
and running pdebuild again those debs are fetched again.
