Hi!

As promised, here's a patch that fixes the bug.
I prepare it with git format-patch against the public git repository.

Please note that I also modified the changelog and the AUTHORS file.
While doing this, I noticed that the entry for pbuilder/0.187 was
missing from the public git repository, though it is indeed present
in the package currently in Debian unstable and testing.

I restored this changelog entry, by copying it from my box's
/usr/share/doc/pbuilder/changelog.gz

I think that someone should check and make sure that nothing else
included in pbuilder/0.187 is missing from the public git repository.
Otherwise something could get lost on next upload!


My multi-part patch should follow this summary message.
Please apply it as soon as possible.


N.B.: as indicated in the patch itself, my changes are released
      under the same terms as pbuilder (GPL v2 or later).
