Bug#527878: pdebuild.1: Stating that `the first option is always the operation to be done' is wrong.

I was in a hurry. Sorry.
I was trying to say that a 3rd reason is that pdebuild-user-mode-linux.1 does not mentions that the first option is always the operation to be done.
