    Improve description for cowbuilder and qemubuilder (closes: #551365)
    
    These description texts did not explain what pbuilder / cow were, and
    needed prior knowledge in deciphering them.  Try adding more
    descriptions so that they are self-contained.

    remove existing file or directory.
    
    If the file didn't exist before, params.c will create a directory for
    basepath, but we don't want that for qemubuilder.  We'll just let the
    directory be built and remove at this point.
