    Add --distribution support to Ubuntu and others
    
    Set DEBIAN_MIRRORSITE by debconf in /etc/pbuilderrc
    DISTRIBUTION_BASE is used for debootstrap
    All distribution codename and mirror URL definition are in pbuilderrc.
    eval "case ... esac" construct requires annoying \" in it.
