    Move arch specific handling to guess_*_vendor()
    
    Move arch specific handling from guess_vendor_arch_mirror() to
    guess_dist_vendor() and rename functions accordingly.  Introduce an
    "ubuntu-ports" vendor -- should really be an "archive".
