If we just think package for Debian, it is done by my script.

Since Ubuntu DNS choice is simpler, we can just add skip logic for
Ubuntu host if we know easy way to identify Ubuntu.  LSB data in /etc
seems reasonable choice.

Once you finalize your part, I can update my code to use it to make it
more readable.  Then it is important to update documentation.
