Bug#603744: hangs while reading /dev/urandom

$ python -c 'import random; random.Random()'

hangs when invoked inside pbuilder env. unless started with
"--bindmounts /dev"

It was working before, maybe something changed in python2.6. I cannot
pdebuild packages without "-- --bindmounts /dev" since few weeks.

How to reproduce: try to build any package that uses f.e. sphinx-build
(python-sphinx package) or gconf-schemas (gconf2 package)
