Meh, I’d rather not interface with systemd “pro” people.

I don’t really care if it’s a bug, but Debian as a whole
should make up their mind if /run/shm is a directory or
not, because that’s what caused this mess in the first
place. AIUI the /run release goal made /dev/shm to be a
compatibility and ABI symlink to /run/shm, which should
therefore exist and be 1777.
