Well, pbuilder got several RCs bug but nearly nobody show up to fix them in the
last year.
I'd be happy to be contradicted, though!
(but also the experience with other packages of mine is similar)

FWIW I was also present at the QA bof where also similar stuff have been
discussed.  But I don't like detroying people workflow like that.  If it turns
out it's still not in a good enough state (like this) for the stretch release
I'll ask for its removal for sure.  Also src:user-mode-linux is NMU-maintained,
and that's just another good reason to drop pbuilder-uml.

But in the meantime please don't block the main pbuilder package, just this.
