Bug#503421: qemubuilder segfaults if passed --arch

Hi,
I believe this is due to having no KERNEL_IMAGE in pbuilderrc, leading to
pc->kernel_image being NULL when calling strdupa on it. Feel free to unmerge if
this is not the case.
