[Pcsclite-muscle] support for omnikey 3921 with ISSI24C02 card

Hello, 

the problem is that we are not able to read cards ISSI24C02 with CCID driver
on ARM platform with Linux Yocto 1.8.1

Here the information you ask:

 

Versions

 

    CCID driver version                    1.4.8-r0 

    pcsc-lite version                          1.8.6-r3

    smart card reader name          Omnikey 3921 build-in USB card reader

    the output of the command "/usr/sbin/pcscd --version"

                

pcscd --verions: pcsc-lite version 1.8.13.
