Interesting product. However the "purchase" link seems broken :(
However I am looking for something more off-the-shelf. As a test/home
product it may be useful indeed.

That is more what I am looking for, even if the online-API would be
unacceptable for my paranoid company ;)
Their commercial product seems very promising

It is a pity I can't get my hand on their results (Applied Physics Letters,
Vol. 098, 171105 (2011))
