Ok,<BR>

I have two smart card readers.<BR>

<BR>

1. SCR3500 small laptop reader and<BR>

2. Activcard USB Reader v 2.0<BR>

<BR>

I have two Fedora machines<BR>

<BR>

1. Fedora 20 on desktop<BR>

2. Fedora 20 on laptop<BR>

<BR>

Here's my problem<BR>

<BR>

1. SCR3500 works fine on desktop with Firefox and Thunderbird<BR>

2. SCR3500, on laptop, generates "connection was reset" errors with Firefox, but works on Thunderbird<BR>

<BR>

3. ActivCard USB Reader v2.0 works fine on desktop with Firefox and Thunderbird<BR>

4. ActivCard USB Reader v2.0 works fine on laptop with Firefox and Thunderbird<BR>

<BR>

What am I missing here?  I would think the SCR3500 is broken, but it works fine on the Desktop.<BR>
