In the perl-base package, which you should get an update for shortly,
once the buildds are done.

There is discussion going on now (see debian bug #536384) as to if/how
this should be changed.

Interestingly, this directory layout under /usr/share/doc and symlinks
have been in place for the last 8 years.  Odd that there should be a
number of bugs about it only now...
