5.10.1-7 built OK on the same buildd with no related source changes.

The test takes less than a second on my i386 host, so it seems very
improbable that it would have succeeded with a longer timeout.

There's no DD-accessible mips box currently AFAICS, so there's little I
can do about this. Cc'ing the debian-mips list. 

Can anybody reproduce this, either with the separate
libthreads-shared-perl package or perl itself?
