Dear Perl team,

I have been hit by a bug that has my dpkg screaming in pain. I can't
install or remove anything anymore. I have been investigating a bit, but
I don't know how to proceed from here, a bit of advice would be most
welcome.

If I try to manuall install all perl packages, same result is obtained.
