Hello Brian, Martin,

I believe Perl is doing right here. As verified by me and showed in original
report:

fork()                                  = -1 EAGAIN (Resource temporarily
unavailable)
->8-

So, as resource is _temporarily_ unavailable, Perl tries to acquire it again
and again, which is right way to me. Objections?
