I would not really love the tag within warning, cos it is really
something that shouldn't occur, so a special case for
this one thing, with all the stuff said in the bugreport, in lintian
would be what I prefer (besides changing the package).

Should it happen that you want/need to upload perl before the next(i
hope :) ) lintian version with such a thing included, come talk to us
and we manage to get your package through.
