Okay, so Sys::Syslog 0.29 adds some options to let you tweak the
behaviour for different syslogds, which probably resolves our bug
in the perl package (once it percolates down) but we may want to
clone this bug back to spamassassin so that it can do the appropriate
configuration to satisfy the original use case.
