I reported it in Ubuntu as it was the first distribution where I found 
it: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/perl/+bug/1100359
Unfortunately I did not have any Wheezy installations at that time.
As of this moment nobody has paid any attention to the report.
