Version: 5.18.1-4
Severity: minor

Hi,

The perlsyn(1) manual page contains a POD ERRORS section:
________________________________________________________________
POD ERRORS
    Hey! The above document had some coding errors, which are explained
    below:

    Around line 1008:
        Expected text after =item, not a number
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I wonder how was this built, since all other POD-shipping packages fail to
build with perl 5.18 if their POD has errors :)
Cheers,
    dam
