Problem is mostly fixed.  5.20 built without any problems and is installed
in the archive.  All packages dependent on the update to 5.20 also built
successfully.

There are still improvements to the kernel mmap support needed to improve
the allocation scheme for small blocks but this isn't a perl issue.
