Perl 5.18.2

Hi,

5.18.2 was released upstream yesterday. The packaging should be
trivial, I tried it for one of the release candidates and 'git dpm
import-new-upstream --rebase' needed just one manual intervention IIRC.

We need to coordinate the upload with the release team. Even though
minor upgrades are ABI compatible, I got some criticism in the past when
I uploaded one without an explicit ack [1].

I'll try to get it in experimental in a few days (but feel free to beat me
to it) and file a 'transition' bug. I guess a test rebuild of perl related
packages would be good although I don't expect regressions. Dominic,
are you in a position to do that?

FWIW packages involved in the transition include at least
(list from https://wiki.debian.org/PerlMaintenance)

    libpar-packer-perl (binnmu)
    libdevel-cover-perl (binnmu)
    libclass-xsaccessor-perl (binnmu)
    libcommon-sense-perl (binnmu)
    libmodule-corelist-perl (needs a source upload)
