I just pushed ntyni/debian-5.20 (commit
6f25a4bddccf1607d5ec346cc3ef180bc1b3623a) to alioth just to get it out.
Note that it includes the multiarch @INC commits, but those should
possibly not go in an 'official' debian-5.20 branch yet so I guess it
could be branched at e166663af9fc2fcb373acbab40df44444c7c34e3 for now.

debian/regen-skip.diff is a bit of a hack and should really be brought up
upstream.
