This is correct.

We (as in the perl maintainers and the pkg-perl team) caught most of
these issues before 5.22 hit unstable, unfortunately we missed a
couple, and we're already on our way to report bugs/prepare NMUs for
the remaining few packages. 


Repurposing this bug report for geneweb which doesn't have a bug
filed yet.
