Package: perl-modules
Version: 5.20.1-5
Severity: serious
User: debian-qa at lists.debian.org
Usertags: piuparts
Control: affects -1 + libnet-dropbox-api-perl

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'wheezy'.
It installed fine in 'wheezy', then the upgrade to 'jessie' fails.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

  Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.19-13) ...
(Reading database ... 9084 files and directories currently installed.)
  Preparing to unpack .../perl-modules_5.20.1-5_all.deb ...
  Unpacking perl-modules (5.20.1-5) over (5.14.2-21+deb7u2) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of perl-modules:
   perl-modules depends on perl (>= 5.20.1-1); however:
Package perl is not configured yet.

dpkg: error processing package perl-modules (--configure):
   dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
  Errors were encountered while processing:
   perl-modules

This was observed in wheezy->jessie upgrades of libnet-dropbox-api-perl
and libwww-mechanize-shell-perl.

All wheezy->jessie upgrade tests had been rescheduled after the perl with
Breaks and Pre-Depends migrated to testing, but it takes some time to get
the results ...

cheers,

Andreas
